Order Processing & Cutoff Times
· Orders with paid expedited shipping placed before 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday)
will be processed and shipped the same day.
· Orders with standard shipping methods placed after 2 PM PST (Monday-Friday),
on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business
days.

Return Policy
Return Eligibility
· Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
· Condition: Returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
· Original condition includes tags, plastic on the handle (racquet), box, etc.
How to Initiate a Return

· Once reviewed, you’ll receive an email with:
· Return shipping label
· Instructions for proper packaging
· Please use secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.
· · You have 30 days from receiving the return label to ship the item back.
Return Shipping
· All returns will be charged a $10 Return Shipping Fee.
· There is no fee if the return is due to reasons listed below. In these cases, your original shipping charges will also be refunded
· A manufacturer defect
· An incorrect item shipped
· Shipping damages
· Note: it is encouraged to keep track of your return shipment tracking number and obtain express delivery return receipt.
Return Processing & Refunds
· Once the return is received by our warehouse:
· Returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
· Items will be inspected to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
· If the item is in acceptable condition:
· Items that are in re-sellable condition will be restocked.
· A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
· The return status will update to "Refund Processed" after the refund is issued.
· The refund process can take up to 10-15 business days.
· If item is not in acceptable condition:
· The item will be sent back to the customer within the 5-7business days processing window.
